Terms & Conditions – Kruna Outlet
Kruna Outlet is a brand owned and operated by Krunic c´est magique, org. no. 996460746 MVA.
These Terms & Conditions explain how we do business with you. By ordering from krunaoutlet.com, you agree to these terms.
We sell online only to consumers in the United States.
1. Who can buy
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• If you use someone else’s card or account (for example a parent’s), you confirm that you have their permission.
2. Prices and taxes
• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Prices do not include US customs duties, import taxes or other charges. If any are applied by US authorities, you are responsible for paying them.
• We do not charge Norwegian VAT (MVA) because we only ship to the USA.
• We may change prices and products at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
3. How orders work
1. You place an order by completing checkout and clicking the button to confirm and pay.
2. You receive an email saying we received your order (order confirmation).
3. The contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation email or otherwise confirm that your order has been shipped.
We may cancel an order, for example if:
• The product is not available.
• There is a clear price or description error.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• We suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Payments
• Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and its supported methods (for example major credit and debit cards).
• You must provide accurate payment details and be authorised to use the chosen method.
• The total price including shipping is shown at checkout before you confirm.
We do not store full card details on our systems.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship only to addresses in the United States, using international shipping through our dropshipping partners (mainly from China).
• Processing time: usually 1–5 business days after payment.
• Typical delivery time after shipment: 7–15 business days.
• In some cases (busy periods, customs checks, carrier delays), delivery may take up to 30 business days.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for giving the correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Customs, duties and US taxes
You are the importer of record in the United States.
• Many small parcels may enter the US without duties, but this is not guaranteed.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges are your responsibility.
• We are not responsible for extra costs or delays caused by customs.
7. Returns, refunds and problems
Our detailed rules are in the Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short:
• We do not generally accept returns just because you change your mind.
• If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
• In rare, exceptional cases where we agree to accept a non‑defective return, you pay the return shipping and we may charge up to 20% restocking fee.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms removes your basic rights as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. The limitations below apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Our responsibility (limitation of liability)
As far as the law allows:
• We are not responsible for:
• indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profit, lost data, loss of opportunity); or
• losses caused by events we cannot reasonably control (for example natural disasters, war, strikes, major transport disruptions, pandemics).
• Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where this would be illegal, for example in cases of fraud or where consumer law requires a different result.
10. Intellectual property
The content on our website (text, images, logos, design, etc.) belongs to us or our partners and is protected by law. You may use the site and its content only for personal, non‑commercial purposes in connection with your purchases. You may not copy or reuse content without our permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
• These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
• Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Norway, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
• If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of your home country.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed the order. We will show the latest version and date on this page.

Shopify notes – Terms & Conditions
• In Shopify Admin → Settings → Policies, paste this into the Terms of Service section.
• Also create a “Terms & Conditions” page under Online Store → Pages with the same text and link it in your footer menu.
• In Settings → Checkout, ensure the box “Require customers to agree to your terms and conditions” is enabled so the link appears at checkout.
For contract formation, the flow we used matches Shopify’s normal behaviour: order confirmation email first, then shipping confirmation.
